Yes, unlike many other eCommerce stores, we do offer home delivery in countrywide. But, if the location is outside of Dhaka City area, we ask for Tk. 150 to be paid advance before processing the order. The remaining amount will be collected as Cash on Delivery.
We offer products return within ten working days if delivered items found defectives. It is suggested that, please check the product properly in-front of the delivery person to avoid possible issues. If found problem, don’t receive the products. If we failed to return or replace the products, we will definitely refund the money within next seven working days.

Argent or Someday delivery charge is Tk. 125 (Available inside Dhaka only). For same day delivery, order have to be confirm before 12pm.

Return Policy
- If the product is not original. It should be claimed within 24 hours.
- If you received a physically damaged product after opening the package.(Must notify in-front of delivery man and don’t receive the product, please)
