Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy

  • It is suggested that, please check the product properly in-front of the delivery person to avoid possible issues. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery, please notify us as soon as you have received the parcel. We will replace it within 7 working days. However, If we fail to replace the products within the given time, we will definitely refund the money accepting your return within the next five working days.
  • For problems related to electronics and gadgets after the use or return policy period, please check whether the product is covered by the seller’s warranty or brand warranty. For more information on warranty claims, please refer to specific product’s warranty policies.
  • Return will not cover if the products are found physically damaged, or distorted, or removed any brand tags.
  • Change of mind option is not accepted.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any/defects.
  • Brand tags/ logos/ all accessories must be present to claim a warranty exchange or return.
  • The product must include original tags, a user manual, a warranty card, free accessories, and accessories.
  • The product must be returned in the original and exact manufacturer packaging/box. It must be returned in the same packaging/box. Do not apply tape or stickers directly to the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
  • If your returned product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the request for refund.

Refund Process

  • If BlackBud Bd fails to provide a product replacement, you will receive your full money refund.
  • If you change your mind & cancel the order before the product is shipped.
  • If a different Product is delivered to you and fails to replace in a given time duration.

Delivery Process

  • Order is subject to acceptance or cancellation on the availability of stocks. For stock availability, you may contact us at 01301806939 (WhatsApp)
  • Cash On Delivery is available inside Dhaka city only. If the location is outside of Dhaka Tk. 150 needs to be paid in advance before processing.
  • Order Process time takes a maximum of 24 hours.
  • Our support team will call you to verify the number and confirm the order.
  • Delivery time depends on the location and type of delivery options you have selected.
  • Inside Dhaka, the approximate delivery time is 12-48 hours.
  • Outside Dhaka approximately 2-3 days.
